Hello everyone! Nicole of Lillyella here with a new Style Swap. Spring has officially sprung! In my part of the world, at least, which means that sundress dress season has officially sprung, too. Since this column is all about versatility, I couldn’t pass on sharing this beautiful dress that comes with its own accessories! Today’s staple, the Spring Dress by Lirola, is just plain gorgeous any way you slice it. Wear it with the coordinating Secret Garden Belt paired with vintage style accessories and you’ll almost outdo the bride at any summer wedding or dress it down with a prairie style leather belt and comfy flats for a summer picnic or day of antique shopping.

Happy St. Patty’s Day, everyone! I’m sorry to say I don’t have a speck of green in today’s Style Swap, but what I do have is a fabulous, versatile accessory from Foulard Threads, the Polo Scarf. Pair it with a strappy sundress for a unique accent and a little extra cover or layer it with a light linen jacket for just enough warmth on a cool Spring night. However you style it, this piece (at a very friendly $22!) is a must-have for your Spring wardrobe.

It’s March and Spring is in the air! I can smell it right around the corner. It seems to me the coming of Spring always brings a burning desire to redecorate so today we swap indoors with a great piece by Jalex Studios. I’ve mentioned before how much I love versatile accessories that can stand strong through your changing decor style and today’s staple, the L-Modern Vase, is one of those pieces. There’s no denying, I’m a tank kinda girl, and a versatile one like today’s Staple by Thimble and Acorn just screams to be a part of my wardrobe. With much more interest than a simple cami, you can dress it up for work and dress it down for play. It’s perfect for layering with a sweater or jacket but is stylish, classy and not too revealing when worn alone. (p.s. It comes in other colors, too!)

One of my goals for this new year is to look stylish and put-together every time I leave my house, no matter the occasion. I find the older (and lazier) I get, the farther I slip into the jeans and tee routine. Nodding your head in agreement?
