I have never been a car-girl, but the Vitamini shop is making me wonder if I could be. This shop is stocked with anything and everything Mini Cooper you can think of: tote bags, pillows, tea towels, coasters, prints…you get the point.

Now, I realize vintage cars may seem like a strange subject for an entire shop, but it makes perfect sense once you know designer Casey Stark’s background…

When I was a little girl, my uncle, a british car collector, brought home an interesting little car. It was absolutely tiny, and lucky for me, I was tiny too. I could stand up inside… That little car was a 1964 Mini Cooper – british racing green with a white top. Since then, I’ve been a lover of all things Mini.

Pretty cool, huh? I love it when designers use their childhood as inspiration in their adult life. And speaking of pretty cool…
