Trying to get back into the Workspace Wednesday thing. I’ve been missing it lately. And so to kick things off again, I am featuring workspaces with a common item: the tulip chair.

1. Workspace from Dottie Angel

2. Workspace from H4ndz

3. Office from More Ways to Waste Time

Happy St. Patty’s Day, everyone! I’m sorry to say I don’t have a speck of green in today’s Style Swap, but what I do have is a fabulous, versatile accessory from Foulard Threads, the Polo Scarf. Pair it with a strappy sundress for a unique accent and a little extra cover or layer it with a light linen jacket for just enough warmth on a cool Spring night. However you style it, this piece (at a very friendly $22!) is a must-have for your Spring wardrobe.

Style Staple: The Polo in Red 1. Castle Lake Dress 2. Corey Earrings 3. Vintage White Leather Oxfords

Style Staple: The Polo in Red 1. Heather Grey Jacket 2. Gray Tiles Weekender 3. Cherish Dress Flat

Until next time, stay stylish!

Chicago based design and letterpress studio, Starshaped Press, focuses on printing exclusively with antique hand set metal and wood type. And I love the goods coming out of this shop, especially these posters. Cards, posters and lots of custom work.

I vowed to myself that this week I would NOT post about lighting.  Nope.  Wasn’t going to do it.  But when I saw these beautiful chandeliers made out of clothing hangers – clothing hangers! – I couldn’t help myself.  I hope you’ll forgive me!

Thank you to The Bedlam of Beefy for introducing me to these pieces by Organelle Design.

The Hangelier 2.1 and Hangelier 1.2 are both available on Organelle Design’s Etsy shop.  Seriously.  Someone buy one.  And then send me a picture of you standing underneath it smugly, reveling in it’s unique and wonderful light.  Please?

Your one and only lighting-fiend,

Kathryn
