This past week was chilly and rainy in New Jersey, and everyone (myself included) seemed beyond cranky and utterly dreary. It’s easy to get bogged down with work and weather and all of our responsibilities, and often we forget to step back and find joy in the little things. Like a hopscotch rug.
Sure it’s childish, but sometimes don’t you wish you could return to the continual excitement you felt as a kid? I saw this CB2 rug over on swiss miss, and think it’d be the perfect antidote to the rainy day blues. If I walked into someone’s house and saw this rug in the front entrance, I don’t think I could help but hopscotch right there and then.
