Thanks for your comment - I&#039;m glad you&#039;ve enjoyed this!  We&#039;ll have a whole post in the next few weeks about where to find applicants, but I&#039;ve always had the best luck using Craig&#039;s List (http://www.craigslist.com).  Hiring a friend can be tricky - which we&#039;ll also talk about in an upcoming post - but sometimes is absolutely perfect.
