my favorite piece is Flounce. I really love their use of color, especially the washed out color on top of the black background.

my favourite is definitely “blaze” so i hope i can win that one!

joanne commented on February 3rd, 2010 at 2:08 pm

my favourite aspect of their art though has to be the prominent use of black – not just as the canvas or the background, but as a vital component of the artwork as well.

I really like “Shelter.”

I really love the emotion that is so evident in these pieces. It is evoked as soon as you see them.

My favorite would be “Steady.” Thanks for the giveaway!

I have been “crushing” on this store since I discovered it a week or two ago. My favourite piece is “Leap” but I like them all.

Elissa C commented on February 4th, 2010 at 8:50 am

I love the contrast of the colours and simple geometric shapes on the black background – they fit together in a thought-provoking way.

Elissa C commented on February 4th, 2010 at 8:52 am

oh, wow. i’ve never seen work like this before – it’s refreshing to see something new!

i love the Leap print — i love it for what it inspires (take a chance!) and for the image of a multi-faceted object. a true reflection of how life is.

kristen k. commented on February 4th, 2010 at 11:40 am

i like how this work is so simple (not a lot of extraneous things going on visually) but also very complex — the simplicity and non-pretentiousness of the images leaves room for interpretation, daydreaming, and remembrance.

Flounce – and what a fun name. on all of them, I feel like I am bouncing in space. I really like how the colors pop off the black. Such a great collaboration.

I adore Erupt… It reminds me of a misty Mt Warning, which is the first thing I see that reminds me of home when I cross the border from Queensland to New South Wales.

What I like about their work is the use of color over the black background. So creative and it makes the art pop out!

Camila Faria commented on February 12th, 2010 at 7:49 am

My fave is “ORIGINAL Collage 10 x 10 – Transmit”. Great use of color, shape and texture!

I love how everything is printed on a ground of black but still manages to be light, airy, and uplifting!
