I found this week’s blog through 315Thomas, another wonderful blog and shop. It’s Lace and Tea, a fashion, photography, and decor blog with gorgeous (sophisticated) style. I spent so much time browsing Lace and Tea my head is spinning. Visit the Lace and Tea.

It’s that time! Last post of the day. Happy Friday everyone. Below are highlights from this week, but before I go, I wanted to say thanks so much to everyone who has been emailing about being a guest poster on the blog. I am blown away by the number of responses I have received, and will be making my decisions this weekend and getting back to everyone. If you emailed me, I will email you back either way. And if you haven’t submitted yet, but would be interested in being a pns contributor, click here for all the info.

-And spruce up your outdoor area with this week’s Room by Room.

Balmain Crystal Embellished Jacket
Love/ Hate is back this week with a Michael Jackson inspired military jacket from Balmain. And although I am not sure that I could pull it off, I absolutely love it- and I like that its being rocked with acid wash jeans on the model too. Now for the price tag? Over $11,000! Holy cow- I will have to pass on this one considering it cost more than my car. But, I love it anyway. What do you think? Love it or hate it?
P.S. When I was younger, I was super in to Michael Jackson, and use to sing Beat It around the house and dance to it. And by “use to” I mean I still do this.

I am smitten with the work of West Texas photographer, Bonnie Jones. And my heart is absolutely melting for the photo above. Bonnie’s photographs are magical and mysterious AND her black and white photographs (which you can see below) are printed the old fashioned way – with great care in a wet darkroom. Jones’s photography is inspired by the history of the landscape around her, storytelling, and everyday curiosities. Lovely!
Cake for No Occasion and Cleats
If those aren’t enough reasons to visit Bonnie’s shop, she is also offering a 25% discount for paper n stitch customers: just type “papernstitch” as the discount code at checkout. Yeah! Thanks Bonnie. Visit the Bonnie Jones site here and shop here.
